Register and enter the mesmerizing world of flameworked glass with two internationally acclaimed artists, Paul Stankard and Shane Fero. Paul, a pioneer in the studio glass movement, is considered a living master and his work is represented in more than 60 museums around the world. Shane, a flameworker for over 50 years, maintains a studio next to Penland School of Craft in NC, where he is an educator.

Join Shane and Paul live as they discuss the European origins of the art of flameworking and contemporary flamework, the innovation of technologies and techniques, their use of narrative, and the future of the art. Be witness to this lively conversation as Shane and Paul take you on a journey through this ever-evolving art form.
