Celebrating 50 years of Holiday Magic! New Jersey's longest running original Production of Nutcracker is returning to the stage in December! New Jersey Ballet will celebrate the production's 50th Anniversary, which was postponed in 2020 due to COVID-19, making it the longest running original production in the state. The production debuted in Millburn in 1971 with international star of New York City Ballet Edward Villella as the Cavalier. Since then, the company has given approximately 800 performances in theatres throughout New Jersey, with more than 5,000 dancers and children, and over a million viewers. Many in the audience who saw the production as children now bring their own children and grandchildren to see this cherished holiday tradition. Join us on December 12, 2021 at 2:00pm and 6:00pm to celebrate 50 years of Holiday Magic with your family this season.
