Fun for All Ages this Summer!

06-14-2018

The “Fresh Fest Farmers’ Market” is every 4th Saturday (except August) at the Village on High, 501 N. High Street.  Enjoy vegetables, fruits, preserves and more from 10 am to 1 pm in the courtyard.  Try some lunch a Wildflower Vegan Café and visit the shops.

Third Fridays are best during the summer months on June 15, July 20 and August 17!  New exhibits open, artists’ receptions abound, live music is everywhere along with great dining options and great little shops and galleries.

The Art Creates Excellence (ACE) summer camp begins July 9 until August 3 with an exhibition open to the public on the 3rd at 6 p.m.  The Levoy Theatre camp is from June 20 through July 21 with a showcase on the 21st.

The “wild and scenic” Maurice River cruises are under way!  Call Captain Dave at 856-327-1530 and book your seats.  Sailings are at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.  Sunset sails are every Wednesday evening.

Second Saturday Wine Tastings are year-round but are the best in the warm months.  The Village on High has a beautiful courtyard with tables, chairs, benches and flowers growing everywhere!  The tastings and food pairings go well with the live music offered.

Classic cars are the ticket on August 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on High Street.  The Chamber of Commerce sponsors this annual event for car lovers of every age and era.  Music of that time is piped in and live.

Come for the art….Stay for the Entertainment!
