Millville Development Corporation (MDC) is a nonprofit corporation established in 1994 by Millville City Commission. In June 2015 the MDC was separated from the City and is an independent nonprofit organization. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors with a minimum of 7 and maximum of 13 trustees representing business or residents of the community.

Advocate for the Arts as a means of community and economic revitalization by advancing the Glasstown Arts District and center city neighborhood.

Main Street Millville

In September 2004 Millville was approved as a "designated Main Street community" by Main Street New Jersey through the NJ Department of Community Affairs. It is also recognized as a part of the national program through the National Historic Trust for Preservation.

Main Street Millville follows the "Four Point Approach" to revitalization and has received several benefits through this program such as architectural assistance, retail and design assistance and technical assistance which is exemplified via this official website. Millville's Main Street and MDC Executive Director is a "Certified Main Street Manager" since 2009 after two years of study with the National Trust.

STATEMENT OF INCLUSIVITY
