Millville Demographics

Millville is conveniently located in the heart of southern New Jersey. There is easy access from the Philadelphia market in less than one-hour drive. Ocean City, Atlantic City, Cape May and other popular seashore towns are 35 - 55 minutes from our town.

Glasstown Arts District - Main Street Millville is six blocks long by three blocks wide. The western border is the beautiful Maurice River. Captain Buck Riverfront Park and Riverwalk is the site of festivals and community events. From May through October the "Joyce Ann" riverboat has scheduled sailings from the municipal marina. Sails last two hours and the captain "guarantees bald eagle viewing."

The natural beauty of the area is often inspirational to the many artists that showcase their works of art in the private and public galleries.

Real estate in the Arts District and throughout the small city is affordable. As everywhere else in the state, prices have come down making this the perfect time to invest in available commercial properties.
