Incorporated New Jersey 501(c)3 non-profit organization as Millville Development Corporation (MDC) in 1994. Main Street Millville and the Glasstown Arts District are programs under the management of the MDC. It is governed by an appointed Board of Directors and four standing committees.
The goals of the organization are in alignment with the mission and vision of the organization.

The Executive Director is the sole employee of the Main Street Millville organization's program. The ED is supervised by the Board of Trustees. The responsibilities of the ED include management of the Millville office, resourcing and coordinating the four committees, links Millville with Main Street NJ, and serving as "first contact" with the business community, city and visitors.
Marianne Lods has been employed by the MDC - Main Street Millville since 2000. She has served as executive director since 2004. Lods is a Certified Main Street Manager by the National Historic Trust. She services on the board of the Southern Shore Region Tourism DMO and as a commissioner on the Cumberland County Cultural and Heritage Commission.
